Culinary Lab is a Los Angeles based restaurant and hospitality company founded by Walter Schild.

Culinary Lab currently operates six restaurants and one lounge: Hinoki & the Bird, Rosaliné, Pizzeria Ortica, Mamacita, 33 Taps and Lost Property. We work with leading developers and real estate owners to create and manage restaurants.

Through food, ambience, drinks and service, our award winning restaurants and lounge transport guests to exciting places around the world, from Peru to Italy, to Tokyo — and, of course, Los Angeles, where it all began.
